We now have three dates in the next few months for an essential course for carers who care for those with mobility issues or have to move someone. The course is called Safer People handling and it covers the health and safety of moving a person, or helping a person move themselves.
We had great feedback for the course we ran in summer, with people learning new techniques and sharing their ideas with people in similar situations. The tutors move at your pace and explain things clearly and confidently.
