The DAB Holiday Project
Disability Advice Bradford operates two holiday projects. There is a waiting list for each of these schemes. If you think you may be eligible, please contact one of our Holiday Project Officers who will be able to provide you with the information you need to proceed.
DaB Holiday Project for Carers
This project administers a grant of up to £300 to carers who fulfill the relevant criteria. Please see the attached document ‘Information on DaB Holiday Project’ for further details.
DaB Holiday Project for Disabled People
DaB will work on behalf of a disabled person to raise funds. We do this by working and liaising through other charities to enable a disabled person to enjoy a holiday.
We can also research and arrange suitable accessible accommodation and transport on your behalf. Please contact us if you require any help.
Events/Day trips
From time to time, this organisation raises extra funding to provide day trips for carers and disabled people. These trips are usually free of charge, with a nominal, refundable deposit payable.
