Bradford Disability Services have bought a full course of Jamie’s Ministry of Food cooking course, which would teach carers and disabled people how to cook delicious and healthy food from scratch for the whole family to enjoy.
The course is an eight week course, and starts with basic skills like knife skills before moving through soups, fish dishes, meat, vegetarian food and sweet treats, all with the aim of giving you a good foundation knowledge in the kitchen, to give you confidence to cook good tasting, healthy food.
It will be a fun and informal course, with lots of support for all abilities.
The course starts on the 6th October for eight weeks, between 12.45pm and 2pm. It is run at the Jamie’s Ministry of Food centre on John Street, Bradford City Centre. For more information or to book your place, just call Ruth Gray on .
